You didn’t explain Shigaraki had AFO which was the point of the experiments and the fact he wasn’t half way complete in his AFO manifestation in S6/War arc and wasn’t Prime All Might level but still was at an advantage. The heroes stood a chance against him since they all worked together against him and he drained and took damage overtime. Then eventually Deku was the only one to stall him for a bit until Endeavor did big damage. However AFO took over and was pushing through and that was when Deku raged after Bakugo stab and gave everything. After that exchange in the OFA and AFO vestige he was barely able to move and used black whip to help him move while AFO was still able to move and utilize Shigaraki body to retreat. Wish you showed the aftermath of the war arc as even with it being a draw it still caused major impact to hero society and crumbling it in the process. Many heroes died, were injured, or retired because of the intensity of war. By Vigilante arc Japan was lawless and many people consumed by fear so wish some of these things were shown to explain the environment, the refugees at UA, and Vigilante Deku himself. Also Deku did use OFA against his class but only to try and escape. Even drained and beat up after constant fighting of criminals he still was outpacing his class which means he probably would have won an actual fight even in the state he was in. Then for Shigiraki he finally reached that Prime All Might level when he got more AFO power and his body recovered and had his fight with Star and Stripe in start of S7/Final War arc. Then as the arc goes on he gains more control over AFO so he surpasses his master and All Might from back then. And Deku does the same when he mastered more of OFA and unlocked Gear Shift which is why he was the only one capable of facing Shigaraki. Hope this feedback helps for any future vids 👍

Main reason izuku lost to his classmates is the fact he is extremely tired and fatigued and didn’t want to harm them
