@@Vicki_Benji Yes, transparent cases ruin the feel and look. However, it’s worth it. My parents’ iPhone XR’s are mint after two years. I ordered them two clear cases and a pack of glass screen protectors for their new iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 pro. I might move to pro max or maybe even mini later on.
One thing thats worth noting about higher optical zoom is that when you zoom anything less than the switchover point i.e. if you zoom to 4x on a phone that has a 5x lense, you are just cropping in on the main sensor and you end up with a pretty bad photo. So the tradeoff for having a higher optical zoom is that any photo taken in between your normal wide angle and your telephoto will be worse. I know this because I had a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra for a couple of weeks with 5x zoom and that was my experience. It's nice being able to punch in to 10-20x sometimes but most of the time I just need to punch in 2-4 times in which case its a bit annoying having the 5x. It's kind of a trade off either way. Maybe they should ditch the ultra wide and just have wide, 2x and 5x lenses or better yet, just have one really large sensor with a big lense and high MP and then just use digital zoom but because the sensor is so large, you dont lose any quality when you zoom.
Thanks for a LOT of good information Lance.
You're a guitarist too!
Awesome review Lance! On my holiday list!
Compared to all the other colors that the iphone 12 has, the black is the best looking. That blue is "too" blue andthe other colors are way bright.
I'm getting graphite! I don't like the shinny blue on the pro
Good job mate! Very Informative!
I ordered the Pro 12 Pacific Blue 256GB, and I don’t want to put a case on it. It looks so pretty.
can always get a 3rd party clear case...I say 3rd party clear case cause the clear case apple sells has that ugly white magsafe on it
You got yours today? I ordered mines Friday
@@tevinthao7161993 I might. I have the clear case for my 11 Pro, and I think it looks cheap.
@@jamesjosh2760 I ordered it, hasn’t shipped yet. Hubby’s is preparing to ship.

Do you think the iPhone 12 will scratch easily? Are you bothered by fingerprints on the iPhone 12?
Every youtuber did exactly the same review(unbox), it doesn't matter which review you watch ,all are the same ,apart of reviewer
