I really love how Jackson care about his mother. He didn't care about his feeling and so many people look down on him. But he is strong to do anything so that he can pay the bill to the hospital. Hope Jackson find the right girl for him. That can understand him deeply and love him so much. Because he is a good guy. And hope he can also out of being poor. He is genius, handsome, hardworking and loving mother.

Absolutely, Jackson's dedication to his mother is truly admirable. Despite facing so many challenges, he remains determined to do whatever it takes to provide for her and ensure she receives the best care possible. However, on the other hand, Summer's behavior throughout the video is disappointing, to say the least, she only adds to his burden with her selfish actions. It's evident that she lacks empathy and compassion, and her treatment of both Jackson and Aiden is completely unjustified.
Frankly, neither Jackson nor Aiden deserve someone like Summer in their lives. She's proven herself to be manipulative, insensitive, and altogether unworthy of their affection. It's baffling how they could even consider falling for someone as toxic as her. Let's hope they both come to their senses and find someone who truly appreciates and respects them, unlike Summer.

(c) Summer tried multiple times to reach out to Jackson when it was clear from the beginning that he only cared about the wellbeing of his mother. And when Summer took care of his mother without asking he's suddenly in love with her.
Summer was too much of a giver and didn't think of the situation she placed herself but Jackson knew either way and didn't care if they'd kiss or not, he just lashed out for a short while. if i were him i'd search the whole town and city then to ask my own girl for such a task.
Jackson is toxic because a real boyfriend protects his girl and is out for best interest, not to use his own girl for personal gains.

To be perfectly honest I feel bad for Jackson who had to suffer seeing his girlfriend with someone just so he can save his mother, and after the story shows how Aidan was nicer than we thought they just started making it as if Jackson was some sort of jerk and a user, like at 15:02 they showed that Summer was imagining Jackson holding the money with a grin as if he was about to spend himself on a nice mall day out, respectfully summer is the jerk here going all "I cant even tell who he is anymore" dude he never changed, he still wanted to save his mother and loved Summer which was why he was in an attitude in the first place, besides that GREAT SOTRY :D

Ok I love the art style too, but, the plot. I’m honestly kind of on Jackson’s side. He went through a lot to try to raise that money for his mom, and as much as it hurt him to do that to Summer, he knew he just had to make the sacrifice, and he was also working just as hard for that money. And considering how many jobs he was working, it just started to drive him mad, but it wasn’t really his fault. He was just hurt to see his girlfriend being taken away by Aidan because of smth that *he* did. Also, there isn’t really any reasonable excuse to forget ur gf’s birthday but he was under *a lot* of stress

i feel really bad for jackson. he was really stressed because it was his literal mom, and besides summer, she was all he had in life. when she was hospitalized he panicked and went to any length to try and save her. once she agreed he started too feel jealous (understandable) while she was doing the job. summers perspective makes it seems like all he wants is money, which is true in a way, but its to save the life of his mom. imagine the guilt and heartbreak he'd feel if he hadn't raised the money and she ended up dying. not to mention, he still has to live. its just him and his mom who can't work due to her hospitilization. he'd also have to pay for many house things that adults would deal with; a lot of pressure for a teenager. then in the end he loses one of the only good things in his life. summer was supposed to be there for him through thick and thin, when he was stressed and overworked, and when he's just joking and laughing with her on the farm. instead of helping him through the time and talking to him nicely, she just ended up arguing and left him while he was at the lowest point in his life. he was angry at the end because he felt betrayed. like he was going through all of those things alone with no one to help him. she was helped by raising a large amount of money yes, but gave no emotional support. he had the weight of himself and another life, his moms at that, on his shoulder. honestly summer seems like a great friend but shes not the best with empathy or emotional support.

I actually empathise with Jackson. He wasn’t being greedy for money or anything he just wanted his mother to survive. It was bad when he forgot Summer’s birthday but he was really just jealous but he still needed the money to save his mum. I know he shouldn’t have treated Summer that way but I understand him.

Jackson also deserved a good ending. I understand that Summer felt that Jackson didn't care, but nobody's perfect. With so much stress, work, and studies, in the end, it's understandable to forget your friend's birthday. Nobody's perfect. Unless she could continue work as the friend that she is. Another thing is being his girlfriend, at this point she could cut him off, seeing that his friend did not defend him in front of others. But like I said before, no one is perfect. Perhaps Summer is braver, and Jackson has his own insecurities.

Summer was a really bad MC Jackson’s mom was on the verge of DEATH and all she thought about was Jackson “selling” her off to Aiden, and OFC JACKSON WOULD GET JEALOUS BECAUSE SHE IS CLEARLY DEVELOPING FEELING FOR THE GUY HE TOLD HER TO PRETEND DATE. He’s only worried about losing his mother, like, imagine losing someone you care about, that’s just a nightmare that we would never want to go through.

I feel like I’m on Jackson’s side. He went through a lot to help his mother and summer just left him, and honestly I would be pissed off too . That’s like the same thing as saying “I want your to mom to die.” He wasn’t really doing anything wrong in this story, he was trying to save his mother, and summer betrayed him.
Ikr.... summer was kinda selfish. She couldn't even see why Jackson was desperate for the money. Jackson didn't sell her off too, he was asking for help and he later apologized too and summer completely ignored him during his lowest stage and he didn't even force her to pretend to be Aiden's gf, Summer voluntarily agreed after she saw Jackson breaking down. When a person is under a lot of stress, it's normal to forget things let alone a "Birthday".Also, earlier, Aiden and his sister we're bullying Jackson.
Summer didn’t betray. She pulled away from the kiss. Jackson treated her badly. I see he needs the money that’s no reason to be an @s$hole.

This was the best story I ever watched. Summer and Aidan is such a good couple but I feel sorry for Jackson too though. Jackson deserved better because of his mom getting sick so my favorite character in this story is probably Aidan.
