I always wished TayNew to play some calm and mature adult roles with simple story and pure chemistry. And I think Cherry Magic is the best choice of plot they could have. We can have more of them flirting, the slow burn romance and the emotion filled acting. They complement very well with Achi's goofyness and Karan's soft expressions. This looks so perfect!! I can't wait anymore!
🙈Me too. I am excited to watch this series. But I wish they aired in Netflix. It would have been great.
They should switch the roles. New as Karan, Tay as Achi.

As someone who is a huge fan of Cherry Magic Japan version this trailer did not disappoint. The trailer has that calm and soothing vibes. Loved it.
I am so excited to see Tay and New portray my favorite characters of all time in their own way and FINALLY I'LL SEE THEM ON MY SCREEN.

The best part is that this is a mature BL with an office setting with actors that are actually 30 something. Tay-New being cast for this is the best thing that happened. I loved the Japanese adaptation and this Thai one looks promising. Ahhh, this is my most anticipated BL of this year. I just love Tay so much ❤
I personally am not a fan of mature BL's, I think they're kind of boring (imo adulthood is boring lol) I like more of a student still in HS or collage type of vibe, Idk maybe because I'm a student myself so it's more relatable but if it's Taynew imma watch it no matter what cause they were my first ones and they have a special place in my heart❤

I can't believe from today on, we international fans won't be able to watch Cherry Magic due to copyright issues. Even the first 2 EPs got hidden by GMMTV's RUclips channel. Unfortunately, only Thai fans would be able to watch on Viu. GMMTV, this is such a big loss.
Remaking it in a Thailand way doesn't look like a remake. It's another series for me, it's so refreshing, and after all these years of issues and uncertainty with TayNew, I love that they are having an official comeback

as a big fan of this original serie, they cant outshine the original cast. they are a whole new beautiful color of it. u cant compare 2 things that already has it own color ❤

Finally a series where p'tay is not arrogant and cold in the beginning 😂 Karan is so sweet , romantic, calm and kind , I love him so much already p'tay gentle eye expressions are adding more softness to Karan 🙈😭💙 I'm so excited to watch the series please release soon gmm ! Other pairs stories looks soo promising too ! Waiting to witnessed all three stories everyone has done an amazing job
If it stays close to the original story, Tay is gonna play the role of one of the most supportive, loving, greenest of all flags boyfriend of all time. After seeing Tay and New treating each other as Tom and Jerry for years, I can't wait to see this different dynamic ❤

It looks pretty similar to me, except they used a more upbeat song for the promo. I kinda want to see something different, since the original was so recent.

Cherry Magic is literally one of my favourite japanese bl and when they announced it, i was OVER THE MOON. TayNew acting is so good and for them to work in this drama which has such a beautiful and mature plot is just Great. Even the side characters and couples, am so excited to see how they portray those little moments.
Judging by this trailer it feels like they stuck to the original plot and I REALLY HOPE THEY DO SO THE ENTIRE SHOW without adding any of those gmmtv "sudden drama last minute".

@@lyllabythey announced it on GMMTV 2022 event however they didn’t show it to the public the pilot trailer because of copyright from the Japanese producer of Cherry Magic 30 on that day just like in other series and movies was shown on the event except for this that’s why they released it now

I'm thrilled to see TayNew back. It's been so long. I hope they'll have more projects together in the future. Also, based on this trailer, this adaptation is going to be refreshing, even for those fans who already saw the original Japanese version. New's Achi seems to be a calmer version of Achi. Tay's Karan is also as charming (or even moreso than) Kurosawa. So excited for this!
Kurosawa became Karan and Adachi became Achi.... I don't know if it's intentional or not but I love how they kept this much similarity in the plot ❤❤❤❤
I think it's a remake of that movie because it's the same plot. And I like it 😉
Well its based on that, and obviously they had to make the names sound Thai, cause the other ones are Japanese😅

i could say the trailer is so well made, from the script cinematography and coloring, i personally love it so much not to mention all casts has a very good chemistry, seated for this one
Thai version, i just love it, smooth, clean, cool, sweet, cute, music bg, camera angle, it fits perfectly, coz of taynew
For someone who love CM Jp version, OHMYGHAD I CANNOT STOP SMILING!!!! I also love that it does not have the comical element of JP version (not that I dont like it, I also love it as it is very normal in JP media) they made it feel like the calm soothing versions of the two main characters, plot seems to stick in the original version, with much deeper exploration of the side characters as well. Cant wait!!!!
I hope Aachi's female coworker is allowed to be ace. Because I loved that representation in the Japanese version.
I didn't expect to see Mark as the messenger, but I'm shocked AAAAAA the Japanese version is a success and the Thai looks promising and seeing Tay as Kurosawa and New as Adachi 🥺,I love how each adaptation adds its culture and see what they will tell a little more about the story of each character ❤

I personally enjoyed Cherry Magic with Machida Keita and Akaso Eiji & it was one of my top favourite BLs. Watching this trailer, it gives me a sense of a fresh rewatch of Cherry Magic and having TayNew felt so perfect. The chemistry, the visuals, the cinematography of the trailer too, everything is amazing. I'm so excited for them to start filming!

GMMTV did not disappoint when making Thai adaptations of best-selling Japanese manga. It highlighted the perfect actors who can topnotch the original characters like Lee Thanat, Singto Prachaya, Pluem, Foei, BrightWin, Dew, Nani, Tawan and Thitipoom. And the titles go in alphabetical order by the year of premiere.
I think they should produce more adaptation best selling manga i guess?😂 it’s turn out so good

I am so happy GMMTV is finally making a Thai adaptation of Cherry Magic! I have always loved the Japanese adaptation because Adachi and Kurosawa are really adorable characters. I can't believe I am going to get butterflies again for this series but this time, New and Tawan will be giving new life to these characters as Achi and Karan. I am so excited! 🍒🪄
I am literally crying watching this. All of those weeping moments watching the original version (Japanese) keeps on running in my head. Japanese BL is so calm and collected and yet it boost those emotions that would definitely make you cry. And now, we are having a Thai Version of it.. 🥰❤️ Please don't lose that calming, thoughtful and yet heart wrenching feels from the original. I super duper love this series 🥰❤️

The best comeback is yet to come! I'm so excited for this. The butterflies during Kiss Me Again and Dark Blue Kiss has tripled. Their chemistry is still 99.9 %.😍
OMG it has a totally different vibe than Dark Blue Kiss and the original material. However I think that we should give them a chance to showcase THEIR interpretation of the characters. And we're so lucky to have SingJanhae in one frame. I think it's going to be amazing

I definitely knew that this'd be a DESERVE-TO-WAIT series and here's the proof that I'm 101% right. TayNew never fail to make my POLCA heart bounce so badly. The Chemistry between the artists and the Cinematography of CM team are really amazing. Well-Deserved CM Team. This gonna be a masterpiece too. Can't wait to watch anymore.

Always been a huge fan of TayNew from the series, Kiss, Kiss Me Again, Our Sky, Dark Blue Kiss. Their chemistry was always on point. I feel like I knew them from high school and now into adulthood. I'm Thai and I'm watching Japanese version right now by knowing that there's gonna be a Thai version. I wondered about scarf scene in winter, and more culture differences. Saw this short, oh it changes to rain scene lol wearing a full suit to work in Thai office is unreal bcoz of hot weather, but it looks nice and best for this remade
I have to say, Cherry magic is my all time favorite Japanese BL, it is the sweetest thing, super chemistry between the actors, and well done series in general 🫰The only thing missing is physical love contact, not a proper kiss or first time, I hope Thailand version fix that, but keeping the magic from its previews version 😉 I liked this pilot, it looks magical, I am looking forward to watch it! So excited TayNew are getting another series together too! 🥰

cherry magic is my favourite j-drama and bl so i have high expectations for the thai remake. this pilot was really nice to watch, im also a really big tay fan so i can’t lie and say im not excited… looking forward to this! ❤
I'm so glad that they took a different approach to the story. The Japanese cherry magic is so amazing that any other version is going to face strong comparison anyway. But from the look of the trailer, the vibe is completely different. I'm so excited to watch it!
This is very disappointing . I dont like this.. Think about that Japanese actor who played very well.. Especially atachi very cute acting... Here it looks like typical bl skinship series😢
I agree with you. They aren’t trying too hard to be exactly like the Japanese version and I think that is the right approach. If they would try to imitate the vibe of the original too much it would not feel authentic and like you said it’s going to get compared to anyway so it’s better that they take the story ne do their own thing with it

when this was first announced i was screaming through the roof, but then over time i got worried how it would live up to the original. but now after watching the trailer, i think its gonna work!! they’re gonna give new flavor to the original material, and it’d be interesting to see their interpretation of this beloved iconic story in a new setting, with a different culture in thailand. and its so nice to see taynew back together onscreen tbh. cant wait to watch them and this!!!

I have watched the Japanese version of this, and it made me feel butterfly in my stomach even with just keita and eiji holding hands but this thai version even just seeing tay and new in the screen got me screaming, giggling and butterflies in my stomach. I have missed you both so so much ❤️
I like it not only because of TayNew but for the roles they are acting. Imagine from seeing them in series in a high school concept, this new series shows not only about flirting, it also portrays the life of being a worker in real life plus the criticisms from others. Im excited!!!!
