Arabella is such a good bean, I'm glad you saved her. She has an associated quest line that picks up in act two (if she makes it to act two) and the dialogue is really well written so despite being an unplayable side character she's still one of the best in the game imo. You're still pretty far from accessing act two, but when you're ready I'd recommend soliciting info from the comments on areas of the map in act one that contain neat things you didn't stumble upon yourself so you can go explore. Progressing to act two permanently blocks some act one content, and imo giving just a location without additional info would keep you from missing out on content without spoiling anything, though obviously that's your call. The game is also super long and has a lot of content so it's common to get overwhelmed and take a break from it before progressing between acts, I found it quite useful when I did my first campaign.
