Lark Voorhies was overlooked when she was on Saved by The Bell -she was the most beautiful character but never had a boyfriend on the show. I was the black girl who watched that show because I thought she was so cool.

In 92, he was still seeing Pat, who he would later marry at the end of 94 or beginning of 95. Lark and Martin ended their relationship at the end of 93.

I remember she was on that one Martin episode. Always loved Lark and hoped her career would have taken off. I believe her and Martin bonded over their mental illnesses.

I think their relationship took a major toll on her. She thought it would support, uplift her, etc and instead it broke down her mental status. I am glad she is rebuilding herself, her life.
No it did not. Martin and Lark's relationship was short lived. She did not have any mental issues until after her divorce to her first husband Miguel. Lark career never suffered after her and Martin broke up. In fact, right after they break up Lark went on to film the After school TV special "What About Your Friends." Lark mental health was not a factor after her and Martin broke up.

Yes, Maia Campbell and Lark Voorhees were everything I wanted to grow up to be when I watched them on TV 📺 as a little girl. It is tragic to know how much each, beautiful, talented, Black actress has gone on to suffer in Life.
L.L. Cool J reached out to get her some help, 3:19 and she refused. I remember her being on Iyanla interviewing, and you can tell that whatever drug she was on was more in controll than she was. It was like she was hypnotized. I haven't seen anything about her since. Look it up.

She flinched when men came around her and when she heard their voices, and had bruises. Her Instagram posted about coming out about the severe abuse she faced and people were commenting that it was Martin and she liked those comments. She deleted the post and said it was a hack. I think the IG incident happened in 2018 or 2019. She also had a physically abusive relationship after Martin with an athlete.
I feel bad for lark . Grew up watching her on save by the bell . She so beautiful and it so sad that mental illness got the best of her .

I looooove Martin but his past ways caught up with him, from what I’m hearing he wasn’t a good person. It took me a long time to realize he was a colorist as well. We were speaking on this on Facebook, with the way he use to treat Pam. He also sexually assaulted Gina and he was very mean to Carl Payne (Cole) on set. Praying for them though
And he fired Garret Morgan while Garret was in the hospital from being shot at multiple times. That episode when Stan sold the radio station and they showed that video of him in the hospital about to get plastic surgery, he was filming from a hospital bed in real life. But my thing is why come back after that and make cameo on the episode when Martin opened that Meat Loaf and Waffles restaurant when he did him dirty?

Martin will forever be etched in my heart as one of the greatest stand up comedians and his sitcom is one of the funniest of all time. However, I despise the way he treated Lark. There were whispers about Martin and Lark back then, but it was swift and didn't get much traction. On the flip side, I can't remember much about Martin's wife, other than she was Emmitt Smith's wife. Then he got with the type of woman Katt says they give you, complete with the big head, foot face and all.
I wish good health and happiness for Lark Voorhees. She was the IT girl back in the day and was gorgeous on 'In The House'. No one has ever forgotten about her, which is a testament to her talent and how she was a big part of the 80s babies childhood. She has a place in all of our hearts. We love Lisa Turtle, just like Tutti and more ❤!

Not sure, but being a double Kidney Transplant recipient, Martin looks like he has a moon face from prednisone or some other sort of steroids. His eyes looked hypertensive to me. In any event I hope Martin is well, however, his face is giving me not so well vibes.

My friend has schizoaffective disorder. It's sad and scary when you see someone you love going through this. I hope that Lark will be ok. My friend has gone on to regain control of her life. She's now married and working again and doing well. She was finally able to get proper treatment.

Where did you watch this, on cable or prime? If on Prime, for some reason part 2 of this trilogy episode is missing....Well, at least the last time I tried to watch it there about a year ago. I searched through all the episodes just in case they may have accidentally uploaded it in the wrong order. I tried more than a few times to find it on there and couldn't.

The relationship did not ended in a malicious way. If it was, why were Lark and her husband Miguel invited to the premiere of Life (1999) and Blue Streak (2000) that he starred in? They seemed to be on amicable term. I can go on and on but I will leave it right there.
