- Shaver Dome is below the Shaver Lake dam on the opposite side of Hwy 168 just north of the town Shaver, Ca.. It is said that this rock is called Wimovi Pluton Rock by some experienced rock climbers . I would not attempt to climb without some kind of rock climbing experience.
