Hey AHEE - Inside the SPAN settings, do you just have the "Slope" setting on the default #? Just curious, especially considering the mixing approach you mentioned about equally balancing out the highs and the lows
AHEE when you start a mixdown, do you like to take all the volume levels to -infinity, and then freshly adjust the levels? Or do you just start from where they've been while making the track and adjust from there to place the volumes where you want?
You create a lot more work for yourself by starting from mute. Also starting from what they’re given lends itself to better serving the artist’s intension👍
Hey thanks man, glad the videos are helpful. I’ve been told by several producers I should charge $100+ for my racks because they are so useful, but instead I decided to make them affordable. So I don’t plan on having “discounts” because they’re already discounted in the original prices. Cheers 👽✌️
I feel like every time there's something actually useful, it requires one of his racks. I have no issue paying for racks from a creator, but I don't have suite so I'm always missing elements :(

So what is the legality of using samples and getting a track released on a label like that? Can you only use certain samples?
The samples he used are from royalty free sample packs (splice), you are legally allowed to use anything royalty free in your track
