1. Good idea with prepping ahead! Especially the "Thank you" cards. These take longer than we realize 😂
2. Nope, I couldn't handle 100 orders tomorrow as all my items are made on order 😬😬😬 but that's not gonna happen 😅
3. Bundle ideas please! For home decor. Can we actually make a bundle with these? 🙄 (Examples- coasters, trays, vases, candle holders) 🤷🏻♀️
Yes, you can bundle anything that makes sense together especially if the designs are the same or compliment each other well.

Love your videos!! Thank you for all the great advice. My store is fairly new. Last week I got 2 orders for the same personalized item. How would you recommend processing these orders to avoid a mix up with scu. I duplicated the original product and tagged each one with buyers name and date of purchase to keep them separate. But is this something I have to do every time?? If so, how long should I keep each product listing...these could add up lol . 😮😂

My video suggestion would be if you could talk about how to make the Etsy store policies and faq section. It’s something I haven’t filled out in my store. I opened my store but it’s in vacation mode because I resolving some issues before launching it!! The advice you guys give is gold, thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience😮!!

When you are setting those up, Etsy gives you guidelines to complete them. I would not vary from them too much unless you have specific reason or you are (or got advice from) an attorney.

I'm a little lost on what to do with my holiday specific products. After the holiday season is over I usually let the listings run until they expire but that means the products are up well past the holiday when they aren't selling anymore and I'm afraid of that tanking the products rating. A second question to add onto that; If a holiday item sold well the previous year I usually just re-list them for the current one. Should I instead just create new listings for them every year? Thank you so much!

Like if you would be posting that item what would you put as your title, tags, and description. And maybe show us such examples in a few physical items, a few pod items and a few digital items. How do you offer bundles with POD? I use Printful.
For POD, unfortunately you cannot offer bundles.
Thank you. I’ve noticed that some sellers’ products are ranking high on eRank’s top list even though the products are only 8 days old. I’ve looked into this but couldn’t figure it out. Can you help me with this? 😊
The position of these listings is based on their search ranking, which comes directly from Etsy's API. So it's very likely that what you are noticing is the small boost that Etsy gives to every new listing, as per their Ultimate Guide to Search. 🙂

More orders than I can handle had been a fear of mine last month. I extended my processing times on my most popular items and now they're spaced out at much more manageable intervals. I still fear too many orders though.

Hello, we had set up a private internet connection for my friend's store. However, his store got suspended. The internet connection (modem) we had was dynamic IP, which means its IP address changes every time it's turned off and on. I want to open my own store. Would it be a problem if I use this internet connection on a different computer?
Possibly since Etsy records IP addresses. Did your friend's store get shut down for cause? Or just shut down when initially opened or for no reason? If the latter, then definitely email Etsy (keep it short!) and ask for a manual review of the shop by a person. Good luck!

Sorry if you have covered it already, but how many listings for a new beginner is best for Etsy algorithm? Theres so many conflicting info on this. Some say 16, others 40, and another i watched says at least 100! Any idea what the right answer actually is?
There is no magic number. I tend to suggest somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15 to start, but some people do great with less than that.

I'm in need of your assistance concerning one of my Etsy products. The product in question is titled "Merry and Bright Glitter Letter Patch Sweatshirt." Additionally, I've used the term "Chenille Patch Shirt" in the product tags, and I believe there may be some confusion.
The primary issue here is that the product features a screen-printed design in PNG format rather than an actual glitter patch. A customer recently made a purchase from my Etsy shop and has now requested a refund due to a misunderstanding related to the terms "glitter patch" and "Chenille Patch." It's important to note that my Etsy shop clearly states a policy of "Returns & exchanges not accepted."
Despite this policy, I genuinely want to resolve this situation amicably. However, as it's my first time dealing with such an issue, I'm uncertain about the best course of action. I would greatly appreciate your guidance and suggestions.
My question is why do you use the term "glitter" in the title if the patch is not glittered? I would be confused, too, if shopping this item.
