The battery can be identified quickly by the number in the red circle. This one would be a 68 for the battery, each + after identifies the size / cells, 68 base, 68+ or 68++.
The RAM has 2400 in the model number denoting speed.
The adapter for the SSD is in common with the T470, it supports both SATA and NVMe 3.0 with only two lanes. The T470s has the normal M.2 slot and supports four lanes.
