Non-reverse is definitely much harder imo. You're chasing on the main platform and the track spits into 4 on the secondary platform at the bottom. Reverse Sanct. is basically Dark Castle with a double exit. Though, you're right that BEZ is also a cheat code for normal CHIMPS, you just place the Dartling at the bottom instead.

Would be fun to see reversed CHIMPS map that starts from r100 and after every or every other round you'd lose one upgrade (defense would be made with $ you get from 100 rounds of normal chimps) wonder if it's possible when losing 50+ upgrades along the way.

Well, if you can choose which upgrade is lost, then you'd just have one or a few strong towers and then spam cheap towers as fodder
if you can't, then it's also just spam

Day 12 of asking for the masterful challenge
Isab can only use monkeys which are the masters of their craft eg
Apex plasma master, top and bottom path ninjas, bloon master alchemist etc. Paragons such as master builder are allowed as well
Extra challenge is that this should be done with the mastery mode mod.
If too difficult minimal farm8ng is allowed.
