exactly! i got it now. left to the left, right to the left, and then right over left. i cant stand these tutorials telling people to pull a rubberband tight at their rootsre just not good at hair. one video i saw to soak them in oil first but still buildup will collect around it and it's really just a shortcut for people that are dont have the time or a to figure it out. i sound real judgy but its the truth lol. appreciate ur experienced guidance. :)

I use that same grease on my scalp and my hair, my hair has minimal shedding and it even got thicker.
I should've never stopped using grease
