Could you have towed the trailer behind the boat? I noticed at the end of the video that the trailer was floating.
Yep, I saw that, just tow the trailer through the water. Hey, maybe they do in part 3.

Hot tip, strap the boat onto trailer and leave the trailer on when you boat the quad. Save trips :)

Love the videos. Seriously, they’re awesome. Not so sure about the narrator’s voice though, couldn’t one of you blokes do the narrating? I thought you did, but maybe that’s somebody else I’m thinking of.
You need to fit 2 brackets on either end of the transom so it can take a wheel each that way you fit 2 wheels to the boat and you arent dragging a trailor all over the place like that, between your ramps is a draw bar to hitch onto the quad
Could you possibly run an electric bulge pump off the battery on the quad?
Could you just build a lightweight platform for the quad that you attach airbags to and mount a small outboard to the rear? Bypass the boat all together?

Used quad for sale - Never dropped, never in water..
Put the float on the trailer and pull it with the boat when the bike is in the boat
