How to Encrypt a Folder on Windows 7, Windows XP

old but very good video, concise and fully explanatory ... hope AvoidErrors will read my question here: i'm looking for a way to encrypt a folder (and possibly other folders plus the files within all of those folders) with a password so even on my own Windows administrator account the folder would not open unless the password is applied ... how can i do that?

its good....but....how can it be safed.....????...............user can easily go to properties of encrypted n uncheck the given option....
