    "Talk to Dio, the guy with a bit o'a fat belly, and tell 'im you wanna fight some Turks!" LOL that entire thing made me laugh mate, thanks. Your guides have been vital in tons of these fights for me, thank you for what I'm sure was a *TON* of trial and error, time and effort to help us out. Thank you.
    (speaking of Dio, and Barret for that matter but it's easier to see on Dio... [I was both an artist and martial arts girl before I became ill, bear with me please, semi-long post] I've noticed that their more detailed cinematic models [not the pre-rendered cutscenes, but the "people are speaking with close-ups, need more detail" models] actually have realistic muscle flex and stretch, I was shocked! I think that's the very first time I've seen that in any game. When Dio curls his arm, his bicep tightens and pops up, while his triceps on the back of his arm flatten and stretch. Reverse for when his arms are relaxed at his sides, but the triceps specifically further up the arm flex. With Barret it's less pronounced but definitely noticeable.
    Older games [even Remake, I'll have to double check that but I don't remember Barret's bicep changing shape when he curled] just had the polygonal model move and clip through where needed, never changing SHAPE, just stretching texture when needed. There's nearly zero clipping in the cinematic models heh barring Cloud's swords in some instances. But damn, that's impressive stuff.)
    Thanks again my friend, great work!! Take care and be safe. :)

    Thanks for the tips man. I struggled with this but used your Seventh Seal build and it worked a treat

    I feel like this game has a lot of materia that doesn't really serve much use, which leads to people getting a bit confused over what they're supposed to use, one of the main reasons I find your guides so helpful. Having to figure out the best build is a bit annoying, especially when you know every boss requires something different. The next game should probably cut some of them, but buff the remaining ones.

    For Rufus it does not really matter what magic build you have if you stick to one element. Most important is to learn his attacks and dodge/block followed by Braver or Focused Trust. Keep any magic attack with HP/MP absorbtion, remember to use the same one rather than mixing! Gotterdammerung is a must for 2nd part of the Fight. You need to kill his dog quickly and limit break is a way to go. Each time you see he's doing an attack, use triple slash or focus trust - this will put them under pressure. Hope it helps!

      also summon Gilgamesh for 2nd phase, it completely destroys the fight.

    The strat from the chapter 3 fight works for this one as well. Really looking forward for the Rufus one

    So you're basically screwed if you used all your mp before this 😂

      In that sense, guess you could say you're also screwed if you're missing any materia, weapon, accessory etc missing that I use ;)
      I have full chapter guides btw

    Can you do a guide for people who haven't got all the ridiculous end game equipment?

    • @Optinooby
      @Optinooby  4 месяца назад +9

      We are past end game though, where do I draw the line if i start removing equipment...??
      At this point, its highly advisable and more optimal to do 100% first along with the brutal /legend sims and leave hard mode till last in my opinion. To get the Genjis, just load ch13 on hard, then warp to the classified intel and kill them.
      If you chose to do hard mode before 100%, then thats your choice of course, and I cant cater to everybody because eveyrbody will draw the line somewhere different.
      So I stick with, as I always do, to make things as easy as possible while still trying to be fast!!!!
      Hope that makes sense and is understandable ;)
