As a modern tetris player, what is the biggest thing you had to learn to adapt to in classic?

I have not played much classic tetris. I imagine the orientation of the pieces might be nuts (since in modern tetris people have finesse engrained in their heads, which utilizes DAS and the pieces coming out in a specific orientation, as well as wall kick, but it just doesn't work here)
