Good to see you back up one of the big hills and yes I do appreciate the effort you put into filming. It’s not just the three trips needed for walking past the camera. The main reason I’ve enjoyed your videos is because I always learn something from you.
@@thedaftestnameicouldthinko8233 They're a labour of love, and I don't begrudge a single step 👍 Filming some of my "adventures" has given me a lot of pleasure. It's very gratifying to hear that other people enjoy them. Thanks for your kind words and for watching and commenting it's much appreciated, cheers Alistair 👍
Brilliant Alistair, so pleased for you, I could sense your feeling of achievement in getting to Crinkle Crags. Incidentally where you took in the views of the Scafells I had my lunch the last time I was up in the Lake District on an incredible early Autumn day. It’s a delightful spot. Keep up the good (hard) work please . 👏👏👏👏
Hi Richard, thanks so much for your kind words. That view is special isn't it, I've been to some fantastic places all over Europe but that view.... Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment, ATB Alistair 👍
Hi Alistair. Absolutely fantastic, very well done, brilliant achievement. The view from there is epic isn’t it. I love Cold Pike and a pretty quick and simple climb especially from the three shires stone. All the best mate and keep getting to them summits. 😃⛰🥾 You had a lovely day for it
@@DAoutdoors It was a beautiful day Dave. Hopefully there'll be some more days like that before to long. Cold Pike is often missed out I think especially if coming up from Oxendale. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment ATB Alistair 👍
@@paulamoreton6522 Thanks very much, don't worry I intend to be out and about as much as I can. Thanks for watching and commenting it's much appreciated ATB Alistair 👍
Gone quick the three years but glad you are looking well and fit again now and envious that you get to see some of the best scenery in Britain if not the world.
@@grahamtowler1761 Thanks Graham you're quite right, on a day like that it's just wonderful...as you could probably tell it got to me a bit! Three years in February, it doesn't always seem so long ago. Thanks so much for watching and commenting it's very much appreciated ATB Alistair 👍

@@erictowler74 I now live in Holme, a few miles South of Kendal...so no longer in the Lakes but still in Cumbria! It was a bit of a test of my balance I suppose, I was in a particularly determined mood that morning. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment, ATB Alistair 👍
