He is passing his days of the rest of retired life by being as an idealistic and sensitive one whereas the shoe is on the other foot.

Arbitration main objective to avoid legal complications and intricacies which is domain of courts so Arbitrator Award confined to justice but here presentation so deep yet so complicated gone astray of basic Arbitration laws objective.

He was not an honest and sensitive during his tenure. He is a jealous - minded person who born with a silve - spoon, having no practical - senses about the sufferings of the general - masses. He destroyed our one very very important PIL which was admitted by Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Justice Dipak Mishra and which was litigated for 5 Years ( 2012 - 2017 ) and atended by 14 - 15 Judges and in which CJI , H.L.Duttu sought the status report on the issue( Public Transport of the N.C.R ). This dishonest and insensitive along with another Presiding Judge of the same tint and nature means corrupt and onsensitive , dismissed such an highly urgent and genuine PIL to appease the Kejriwal govt , with a single line order : ' We find no merit in this matter', accordingly dismissed'. It clearly means rhat without any matter , it was admitted, without matter it was heard by 15 Judges of the Supreme Court . In fact, he is passing his days of life as he has now retired and there is no work in his hands ecept finding fault in the judgements of orher benches as well as the making criticism of the present govt.

Why you people in the field of law make things so complicated ? Is it because ur following most of the complex laws ( in my opinion) that existed during British illegal occupation of Bharat ? or it is because law makers do not expect common population to understand it ?
What could be the reasons? Laws and its interpretations are also interleaved so complexly with another. Very hard to understand.
Please make it simple and straightforward.
