Could not connect to the server because it is unreachable." (0x00010001) - DayZ FIX 1.18 PC

Sorry for the crap quality just wanted to share the fix that worked for me
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Go to the dayz folder and delete all the selected files
2)Go to documents, dayz and delete all files(note: all your settings will be reverted back to default)
3)Verify game chache
4)Open up the dayz launcer(not DZSA or magic launcher but the vannila dayz launcher as shown in the video)
5)Go to mods section and UNLOAD ALL MODS
6)Disable all parameters under "Client" as shown in the video
7)Go ahead and join a official server that YOU DIDNT PLAY ON BEFORE
NOTE: after this fix I still couldnt join the servers I played on recently until they restarted, after they restarted I could join back in.
Also after the fix you can use the DZSA or whatever launcher you use and play on any server.
If the above doesnt help try re-installing battleye, restarting your router and restarting your PC

Happening to me on PS5. And I cannot play on LA servers anymore. Because if I log out and back in I will get the whole 1 min and 15 sec countdown and it will move me away from where I logged out oar, like I’m logging into a new server. Such a pain in the ass!

is this the same for fixing "client version is older than the server version. please update your game" ?? i literally can't play the game due to it telling me to update it even though it has the latest updates. i hid away and logged out due to it being night time and when i went to log back in an hour later, i continuously received this connection failed message on every server available to me (around 7). my game is up to date as there is no update option on steam, and i can't find any way to manually update. very frustrating because dayz says it needs an update and steam says its got the latest version installed. mind fucking me.

You have to wait till the server restarts, only then you can join

No clue, this bug still happens to me from time to time and when it does I just close the game and go play something else. Even after doing the fix and joining an official server you still have to wait for the server you want to play on to restart. Devs seem to just ignore this issue and none of my friends get this bug
