    Thank you for the video! What approximate time frame can I expect to see an improvement, having less migraines upon thaking these supplements. Magnesium, riboflavin, coemzyme q10 and omega3?

      In my experience, no amount of any of these supplements have made a difference in the intensity or frequency of my migraines, chronic headaches or cluster headaches. I've gone into debt multiple times following supplement advice. Every one is different though, and I hope you find relief!
