I don't know if there will be enough votes for a guilty verdict, but I'm pretty sure The Senate could easily pass a censure resolution condemning him.
If The Democrats want Trump behind bars or pay fines for whatever actions he did in his presidency or pre-presidency, then let Trump have his trial in The Federal Courts.
