In the era of copyright bots and instant takedowns, Paul E getting away with all the music theft he did on what was NATIONALLY syndicated TV is mindblowing.
@@bobsucks9647 yeah even then it was a crapshoot. I was a kid too, and only had the tv guide to go on. Sometimes I'd stay up all night and ECW just wouldn't air that week.
ECW Hardcore TV was also on in my part of Pennsylvania as well. It was on Saturday Nights at 7pm on WYLN 35. I think that's why I feel more of a special connection to it. There was a major wrestling promotion in our backyard. For younger me, that was so cool. Still is. I don't remember watching much of ECW on TNN.
the pop sandman got when he returned to ECW was awesome the fans singing enter sandman was incredible easily the loudest pop I've ever heard in wrestling can't believe this happened 25-years time flies lol.
Hardcore TV originally aired on SportsChannel Philadelphia on Tuesdays at 6pm and 11pm with a late night Friday replay at 2am until January 1997, when it aired on Thursdays at 11pm. When that channel was taken off the air in September of 1997, it was moved to WPPX-TV 61 and aired on Wednesdays at 9pm. Sometime later, it was moved to WGTW 48 and aired late Friday and Saturday
Describe the Acclaim line of games of imputing controls. I legit have that same feeling for Fire pro wrestling, I’m horrible at the controls I can’t even perform a timed reverse it was horrible I returned it. Now I’m enjoying MDickie games over the Entire Fire pro series.
At the bcw tribute to ecw show wrestlemania weekend, the sandman came out again to enter the sandman. He was smashing beers in the crowd right in front of us. It was awesome.
I sawr tony and Johnny at sheetz and John blud was getting after a meatball marinara sandwich while Tony was singing I'm an ass man. James told me it was ok to tell this story.
i remember hardcore tv used to air on wgtw ch.48 in Philly Fridays and Saturdays at 9pm. i remember being able to see hardcore tv after the tnn show aired but i think it was different in other areas. the matches that would air on hardcore tv were from the tnn tapings. some matches would air on tnn while the other matches would air on hardcore tv.
Fucking a! ECW was on channel 25 for my area but I can’t recall what the channel was called. It was often a struggle because the reception was ass so you’d have to fuck with the rabbit ear antennas to get it to come in better lol
yeah, man like he’s had such a tragic life if only either one of these companies or people treating him a lot more better and be kind to him a lot more than they should’ve for how they really treated him and talk to him when he was around I guarantee you they’re gonna make a dark side of the Ring episode all about his career and life because I just knew someday something like that is going to happen just watch
like, maybe if they stay with him and says a lot more nicer things I think he would’ve had a great run in WCW or in WWE. He would’ve been awesome for whatever they would think about doing with him but you know sadly they never want to admit how cool he is and they only decide to book him like crap just because how much of a great wrestler he is or because he was just too tall and he was too much big as a star or whatever the case maybe they didn’t give a crap about him, and they surely didn’t give a crap about the fans for what they see him for what they didn’t see when he came in to the scene and it’s just awful
I remember watching this on ECW TV on TNN with Sandman coming back 2 ECW and I saw him in WCW it did not fit can you have the hardcore icon to go back after Justin incredible it continues Feud and then having Raven back and the only other place that I could see Sandman working is extreme pro wrestling where he was a baby face turned heels trying to stop going hardcore wish I really enjoyed like that a lot

That goes to show that those jews are really God's chosen people
I thought it was on public access for most of it.
Road Warrior Animal claiming he no-sold a punch in real life is CRAZY
If it were Hawk I’d believe it

i guess you're RRRROFF TO NEVAH NEVAHLAYUND
OR MAYBE NOT BROTHER
Light’s finna exit hard dude you might be fucked

Hey dude, take my hand!
You gotta lay yourself down to sleep, and pray to the lord your soul to keep, brother.
We got ECW locally in Detroit, but not until like 1:30am.
Damn I didn’t even know that lmao, I was super young at the time so I wouldn’t have been awake anyways but definitely caught the tnn show a few times
@@bobsucks9647 yeah even then it was a crapshoot. I was a kid too, and only had the tv guide to go on. Sometimes I'd stay up all night and ECW just wouldn't air that week.
Timezones, it was live💚
James making it for an ECW review. All time moment in history.

I can’t fathom a world where you could have sat down for dinner and watched Hardcore TV
I seen the fan cam footage of the return and I swear it's a top 5 pop of all time.
That Randy-Hawk thing was 100% an angle No way in this universe was Nora attacking anyone outside of a work that didn't come at her first. No way.
Holy shit, Hardcore TV? We're fucking IN NOW, BAYBEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I'm from about an hour south of Philly. We got ECW Hardcore TV on Channel 48, WGTW. After ECW closed they would air CZW Fake You TV
i remember hardcore tv used to air on wgtw ch.48 in Philly Fridays and Saturdays at 9pm. i remember being able to see hardcore tv after the tnn show aired but i think it was different in other areas. the matches that would air on hardcore tv were from the tnn tapings. some matches would air on tnn while the other matches would air on hardcore tv.

Miss ECW
That's a dope title, "Re-Enter The Sandman."
*CRACKS Budweiser, and bashes it on forehead 4x*
*Perc. Angle Style* "Y E A H !"
The two signs in the hard cam lmaooo
Channel 57 all those ads for shirts and videos every 30 seconds LMFAO I miss that era
I didn't have cable growing up. So on Fridays I would sometimes watch ECW at 11pm in NJ outside Philadelphia
Devil’s Advocate for the Acclaim engine, it’s not fun but the move inputs, animation pace & damage model makes for uniquely strategic gameplay
one of the boys who runs dis here ting YEAHHHHHH
Hey guys never been this early keep up the great work !
Watching all three of the boys who runs dis ting
That's awesome
Need more ecw content from You guys
ECW would air on WJYS 62 in Chicago!

When your career doesn't pick up until you go to the XWF... You should just retire then and there.
This was a pretty good show....I guess you could say it was AWESOMEYEAHH!!!
Dude, Holly vs Steiner would have been insane in WCW.
I remember being able to watch ECW on like a friday or saturday at 1am in Ohio.
Legit get the Drugs and drugs and Beer!
Hell yeah brother let’s get it on
You guys sometimes should review some old matches like Stan Hansen matches would be cool to hear your thoughs on it ...
They've made it clear that they don't like old wrestling. I'm sure there's some exceptions, but they really don't like much pre-1996.
Did ECW on TNN aired Friday night
Take a drink everytime James says awesome. You will not survive.
It was on Bubba the love sponge... or maybe it wasn't brother
Bombtrack is a badass song but a nearly half-minute intro for a wrestling entrance theme is way too long unless you're crazy over
Man… Mike Awesome was wasted in WCW and WWF/E.
yeah, man like he’s had such a tragic life if only either one of these companies or people treating him a lot more better and be kind to him a lot more than they should’ve for how they really treated him and talk to him when he was around I guarantee you they’re gonna make a dark side of the Ring episode all about his career and life because I just knew someday something like that is going to happen just watch

And he probably wouldn’t take over his whole life
I wanna see y'all review the show where sandman was crucified 😂
