Great one, if you will work on a Pocket guide I can help. I spam pocket, his movement and skills are similar to Puck. Ult is pretty good in this tank-healing meta.
cool build, although my biggest complain is attack speed items with intensifying mag. By using swift striker, rapid rounds, and burst fire in this build alongside intensifying mags you diminish it's value. The damage scales based on how LONG you shoot, not many FAST. You are essentially throwing away 75% dmg on more than half your clip. This is why I believe titanic mag to be a must pick when using intensifying mags.
There's more reason to use Titan mag as well. The bullet resist let's you avoid bullet armour for awhile at least and still be survivable.
But with qsr thats 2 clips really fast all intensified
I guess the initial 3 start up time is the real issue.

I always rush card and extra charge in lane, especially when solo lane. 130 dmg x3 = dead every time
Also, I'd say the ult should come much earlier because the last point makes it an area so you can tp into the mess and just stun the whole team. It's also very useful to secure/deny mid boss

You should go project mind 2nd in some matchups since enemies can dodge cards at a distance. Being able to get on top means you're guaranteed 80 to 130 damage or 160 to 260 if you have 2 cards and level 2 on cards. She is a character who wants to store cards than abuse it to trade ahead
wraith guide, wait for your dynamo to 5 man blackhole and then shoot and spam 1 into a crowd of people xd

I also play a lot of wraith my build is similar to this one, I really like to go a little bit more spirit damage early specially for the burst potential with the cards
Melee Lifesteal is good for early sustain, saves weapon slots too. Also, why not buy resists and lifesteal?
How do you even play deadlock? its not available on Steam for me :(
Also due to scaling rapid fire fire second point is worthless early. You get 1 damage per shot and with your items vs 50 for cards. you would need to hit 50 shots and itnhas a long cool down

My favourite build on her is you build situational early game items, then rush ricochet - unstoppable - silencer, then you can just buy spirit items like improved reach, improved cd and that's your riki, just use your ult every 60 seconds and melt people, farm in the downtime.
