On the already processed hair, it’s best to put your favorite conditioner on the already processed hair to help protect your hair. And grease your scalp with Vaseline or a petroleum base product all over the head and don’t apply relaxer to the scalp , just the roots and the new growth to prevent burning.
I love it and your work is fantastic. But wow, to be able to do your own touch-up? I did my own entire head for the first time in my life at the age of 48, but I'm scared to do my own touch-up when the time comes.
Just a tip: if you want your hair to be more flexible, blow dry each section in different directions and make sure you girl the middle of each section, an easier way would be to divide your smaller sections into even smaller sections as you are drying… that will make sure that each strand gets air and it will make your hair have the weight of a feather!!! Your hair is amazing and you are beautiful!!!
You did a really good job! Very neat and patient with the whole process. Although the relaxer will inevitably get on your scalp during the process..(especially during the smoothing process) It's not recommended to apply it directly to the scalp. Doing it that way will allow for greater scalp irritation, damage to the scalp and burns. But other than that you did a good job! Beautiful hair btw!!
You should use petroleum vaseline on your already process hair to prevent it from processing already process hair and relaxer running off when washing it the relaxer will touch already process hair which can process again and cause breakage
I agree. My stylist use to do that when I was relaxed many years ago. I kinda cringed a little bit by the way she was putting her relaxer in as if she was greasing her scalp first and then applying it onto hair. My stylist use to grease my scalp to before applying the relaxer, and maybe that's why to keep my scalp from bring irritated but everyone is different I know.
U should pre part ur hair n twist away the already relaxed one,it really helps cut down on the time when it comes to parting,u just go in n apply in the lines.
hi, my name is Carmen de Puerto Rico and I love your videos in RUclips I'm using my son's account and my English is regular. I wish you could do a full process of rollerset ,a new one with your current hair. I'm very grateful to you, hugs and kisses
Your hair looks really amazing..will try that moisturiser because I don’t like it when my hair is greasy, it becomes curly/wavy most times. Also..I’m gonna this blow drying method because I struggle with a comb and end up giving up before my hair looks sleek 😂🙈
I just started using the same relaxer. And I applied only half of it. Can I reuse it again? coz it's no lye relaxer and I had to mix everything just as instructed.
Good job but you actually put the relaxer directly on your scalp which you should try to avoid although eventually it will happen as you apply the relaxer to your hair. Still it came out looking really good……Well done!!
I like this video this is how it should be done. Just a tip for future reference, you may not want to apply that directly on your scalp. It’s good that you’re not over processing you hair but the chemical need to be on the hair without touching the scalp too much.
I'm so glad I came across this video. Your hair came out beautiful and looks very healthy. You did a great job smoothing the relaxer through your hair which is really the most important step. I'm going to remember that when I relax my hair. Side note: your nails are so pretty. 💅🏽💕
Your hair is Beautiful however have you considered Hair Botox Treatment it is Awesome ‼️It straightens the hair and is more gentle on the hair as it's a treatment so NO burning and breakage what so ever. I have done it 3 times now and I will not go back to relaxer ever. It has also grown my hair it is Amazing ‼️ It can be done every 4 to 6 months as well it really lasts...
Ya know as a professional cosmetologist please don't apply any applications to ur scalp OMG 😳. Ur scalp heats up faster than u can blink! Please be careful yes it's just hair. And some might say o, it'll grow back, but listen let's face it some mistakes may cause long-term damage.
Great video Queen. I had to sub to ur channel it was very informative. I just uploaded a video on my channel on my relaxed hair too I stretched to 13 weeks. How long did u stretch for doll?
Loving the health and fullness of your hair!💕
Thank you 💕
I love seeing hairlicious in the comments sections. Lol 😂 Most of the time I find a new RUclipsr with relaxers hair, I find hairlicious comments! 🥰🥰❤️

@@PixelPaperDesigns Hi Queen, what do you mean your stylist used to grease your hair first? Like would she apply oil to your scalp first?
I wanna relax my hair so badlly but I am indecisive but I do miss my relaxed hair
Sorry 💔 you can always start over.

I just started using the same relaxer. And I applied only half of it. Can I reuse it again? coz it's no lye relaxer and I had to mix everything just as instructed.
Very healthy
Beautiful long hair

I'm so glad it went well for you, however applying relaxer directly on your scalp is a huge no no.. Love the results none-the-less.

Commented too quick! Let me head to your Instagram for the tutorial 😍😍😍

Minimum 8 weeks
Which hair relaxer do you use.....

@@DeograciousDube do you use regular or super strength?
Hey Deogracious, I love your hair❤️😍 how long do you relax your hair? Application and set time?
Thank you😊.
Thank you 💕 I didn’t time it hey, I’ll do so next time.
Do you take care of it the same way you took care of your natural? In terms of washing weekly, plaiting?
I wash it every week or every 2 weeks, I probably braid my hair no more than 2 or 3x a week
The routines are completely different
You look like that actress who plays Charli on Queen Sugar
This is literally the same hairstyle I did after my last at home relaxer 🧡 it. ruclips.net/video/TE5YnpEyPlo/видео.html
