To me the video goes with the song. They're burying/letting someone go. And to the people saying Chibi has gained weight, who cares? It's not cool to call people fat. You have no clue what they're going through. Going on tour, writing songs, signing everything for fans, working their asses off AND trying to have a life outside of all of that is stressful. Plus you don't know anything else about what goes on in their lives. We hear the music and watch them play or see interviews, but we know nothing more. Other that, their new album is wonderful and I hope many people are enjoying it.

Chibi is such an amazing artist and showman when the band is playing live. Chibi is great with her fans as are the rest of the guys. Chibi will be totally nailing her lyrics with amazing tone and she interacts with her fans in the audience by reaching out to hold their hands and sometimes she will just look into your eyes and sing just for that person. I was totally blown away by her presence when she just happened to look at me and preform her heart out for a stranger. She looks absolutely stunning In this video for "beyond" and, the guys haute=couture jackets are on every goths wardrobe wish list. The new album "under your spell" is another showstopper. Even my mother loved it. She was big On Roxcette in the 80's. To the band, " you have been to Vegas twice. Once for the "hide and seek" tour and the "Superstition" tour. U fortunately the band didn't make it to Vegas for the new album and we were left with traveling to Pomona, CA or Scottsdale, AZ. We wouldn't have mind traveling from Vegas to see the band play in both states but we were unable to make any of the shows. My wife and I are still young but in our early 20's we were both struck with severe medical conditions. We both have different conditions but they have left us ultimately debilitated. So when we get to see a great band live it's helps us to fell alive for an couple hours in the year. So hoping you guys travel back to Vegas again! "Our time is never cuz we'll live forever!" (TBM)

The Birthday Massacre reminds me of the 80's band Missing Persons. I think it is the guitars and synth. Both bands are great. Missing Persons were bright, where as The Birthday Massacre are dark.
They were fantastic last week. Compared to the other acts, they had the most heart and the most genuine connection with the crowd. No fluff, filler nor ridiculous egos; just genuine love for the music.
This is more than just music. It's a journey to another place. I can't thank TBM enough for creating such beautiful music. Whenever I needed an escape, they were there to provide it.

I've always loved every aspect of this band. The feel of their music, the tone of their lyrics always whimsical and seemingly seen through the eyes of a child. Their aesthetic is so entirely captivating, and every song takes me on a journey so far away that i wonder if indeed i will ever return
I listened to them when I was (much) younger and stoppped listening for no reason. By accident I found this amazing video and I am so glad that I found it. They are making great music and right now I can't stop listening to them. I really hope they are coming to Germany or to the Netherlands this year. I think chibi's one of the most beautiful people I've ever seen, like I honestly think she has the most gorgeous face, people gain weight, people loose weight it happens it's a part of life, lord knows there's been times I gained a shit ton of weight, and honestly I don't think she's fat at all, she used to be pretty skinny now she's just kind of more normal Mabee a little curvier, honestly I just think she looks more mature/grown up, she's not in her 20s anymore, people grow up and most people aren't a stick anymore past their teens/early 20s. Plus I think she dresses rly well for her body/shape/curves she always has the cutest outfits and dresses. Idk, the end result is she's freakin gorgeous at any size.

I will admit that I came to them (and thus this video) via the suggestion of Arin Hanson of Game Grumps fame, and I was kinda thinking that maybe I'd half like them... certainly not that I'd absolutely fall in love with their music!... only trouble is, now I've heard this aural beauty, I'll be so busy running it on repeat, it may be difficult for me to get myself to listen to their back catalogue to gain a fuller perspective... but all good things in their own time I think :)

Sorry I can't be more specific than that, it's just that the game repeats itself so much and there are so many episodes, I didn't remember specifics. I'd say within the first 7 episodes if you can be bothered watching through (the game's really not that enjoyable though lol!)

Simply amazing and beautiful!!! They never fail in mixing cuteness with creepiness :) that's why I love them so much!!! Also, I noticed this is the first time they all act in a video. In all the previous videos, Chibi was the only one acting and singing while the guys didn't had too much appearance other than zooming them when playing their instruments. I bloomed a bit late on familiarizing myself with The Birthday Massacre. Most bands I listen to today have spun off of previous bands I had originally listened to. It was harder to come across these guys because none of my personally favorite bands come remotely close to the unique, amazing sound music genre that this spectacular band is placed under. I own their debut album, Nothing and Nowhere, but I honestly need to get them all. I love all their music and it helps set me in a calm, better state of mind when I have had stressful or depressing days.
I saw them twice while living in Chicago at the bottom lounge and the house of blues. I missed them at the Orpheum in Tampa! I wish I could've gone. Chibi for life!!

I do wonder myself why they aren't more popular but at the same time I'm glad because if I ever get to go to one of their concerts it would be easier to meet them : ) keep making amazing music tbm!! A very cool video. I wouldn't say it's the strongest song on the album but the album is over all really excellent. I've definitely been impressed and this does not at all disappoint.

Don't feel bad I didn't discover them until August of 2015. They are one of the very few modern bands I'm a fan of.

I bloomed a bit late on familiarizing myself with The Birthday Massacre. Most bands I listen to today have spun off of previous bands I had originally listened to. It was harder to come across these guys because none of my personally favorite bands come remotely close to the unique, amazing sound music genre that this spectacular band is placed under. I own their debut album, Nothing and Nowhere, but I honestly need to get them all. I love all their music and it helps set me in a calm, better state of mind when I have had stressful or depressing days.
I saw them twice while living in Chicago at the bottom lounge and the house of blues. I missed them at the Orpheum in Tampa! I wish I could've gone. Chibi for life!!

I love them so much!!! So imaginative with beautiful haunting music and videos!! I do wonder myself why they aren't more popular but at the same time I'm glad because if I ever get to go to one of their concerts it would be easier to meet them : ) keep making amazing music tbm!! A very cool video. I wouldn't say it's the strongest song on the album but the album is over all really excellent. I've definitely been impressed and this does not at all disappoint.
