It is tough in every Western airport. If you are entering the country, you need shots and round ticket. You don't need too much luggages. The more luggages you carry, the more money you pay and the more specious the INS becomes.

You cant travel to Europe without a vaccination certificate? i think thats quite wrong. A test is okay but you might get quarantined depending on your country of entry.

And next time try and get both routes tickets because they had a perception you're not gonna return since you got only one-way ticket and if even they had allow you board the flight you would have been in trouble in France and that could have led you not to enter the country.. try and make your enquiries next time buddy!!
