thank you my friend, before this video i had made the silly mistake of using the self check out without knowing how to use it too many times. Too many days were spent staring aimlessly at this self service device, flabergasted, lost. I could never make it past the first step in the process but thanks to you my friend i have been able to scan my items with ease and as a result the ladies have been throwing themselves at me. I am the happiest Ive ever been in life, all thanks to you.

watched a young couple scan a trolley of food and walk out with it before finishing the payment part. I called the staff member over, he looked over at the couple walking out and just reset the checkout, that was nice of him to let them have over £46 worth of food for free. If Tesco want to know which staff member did that, thats easy Ravenside retail park, the one who stinks from poor personal hygiene. Hate having to call him over to authorise sales, because of the smell. I'm suprised his bosses haven't approached him about it.

I either always use these wrong, or I figured out how to get it to not require someone to come over
In fact outside of the “phantom item” issue, I’ve never had to have someone come over
