I just made this following your video at .75 speed (and pausing some). Came out really cute! I might make another one but flipping the bills over so the front side of the bills show instead of the back.

Update:
I just made a second one, flipping the US Dollar bills over. When I finished, George Washington had one eye on the “spine” of the book, and the other eye & nose and mouth on the front cover. Came out great. 🙌
Btw, I pinched the spine after I was done to square off the edges, to make it look more like a book. 📚 cool cool
