Nice video, thanks. I'd suggest that you consider a winding type wire tool. It is kinder to the body of the vehicle and the tech than the cold nife/longknife/stingray as shown. And, if you position the wire low on the bead it will also leave about a sixteenth of an inch of urethane to bond to.

It's sad they discontinued the D3.
I agree, It's the nicest of all the models in my opinion
I have fond memories of riding one to school when I lived out west. Such a nice bus.
The D3s were awesome buses. The D3REs are one of my personal favorite buses. People say there junk but the D3s I rode in were pretty reliable
The Blue Bird All American D3 got discontinued in 2013.
The Newest Blue Bird All American T3 is way better than the D3.
