It's so nice of you, treating the cats to a snack 😄 Your Ramba-sanpo are the best! I love them all! After waku waku and uki uki, I thought we would get a doki doki and a fuwa fuwa 😂
Very good can watch another video of you and know another japanese city. Fukushima is a beautiful and quiet city, but I think you visited the city in the weekend. And You found two cats! Thanks for this video and this walk.
Of course a video with the cats and I miss the premier. That resolution after premiers though, even with it looking a little overcast that camera really picks up the colors.
Anyone here using RUclips app on Android? Quality settings can not be set precisely, for this video it says 720p60. Fuuuuuuuuuuu... I am on a very good 300 mbps DSL line. Edit ahh, OK, we cannot control any more which res is exactly delivered. YT algo probably even takes device rotation into account.
In the area where he walked there would be not much more than the natural background radiation. You can check it on map.safecast.org. In the most severe hit areas of Fukushima City it would be around 8x higher than normal. But even that's negligible. If you lived in parts of the exclusion zone your yearly exposure would be a bit above of what is tolerated for occupational exposure, but it's still below where you would see health effects. Really dangerous it's actually only in the immediate area around the plant.
@@schlaus Thanks for your reply. As you suggest there will be "hotspots" all over that area, & probably much of it unknown due to difficulty & the impracticality of testing everywhere. The problem with ionising radiation though is that no-one can say for sure that there'll be no longer term "health effects" even with slightly elevated levels...especially when living in an affected area & being exposed all the time. According to that map, even outside the exclusion zone there seems to be sizeable yellow hotspot areas of around 33 times normal background (3.99uSv/h).
Those who worry about radiation, check the report from UNSCEAR (United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation). You can see what has been measured for the decade.
Rambalac: Feeds stray Cat
*Everyone liked that*
Tasty salmon/some kind of fish fillet. Meow/Yum! Japan needs an intervention. There are way too many street cats.
I watched this at the end of a hard day. It really helped. It just took me away.
Poor white kiity, so hungry. Thanks for feeding her. Bless your heart, I hope she finds a home soon.
TWO CATS? You spoil us, Rambalac.
Thank you for doing this video. It brings back fond memories of when I used to live there. Good times!
Words cannot express how much I miss Fukushima.
Walking is the best way to experience a new city especially in a foreign country.
This town has a decadent vibe that makes it perfect for a rough anime story.
As always with these videos it’s leaving me with a desperate wish to visit there
Loved it! Loved it! Loved it with the stray cat................. Agreed with everyone....... That was great in an already great channel...............
You’re such a nice person feeding the cat!❤️
It's a very quiet and beautiful town. Thanks for the shoot 👍 and I hope Tohoku region can rise again.
Really good to see the trees and shrubs, nicer to see more people planting them...an enjoyable walk and seeing the two cats... Laurie NZ

27.58. Did you just walk through a portal to an alternate dimension? Reminds me of the story line in Murakami’s 1Q84.
It was a short time jump.
White Cat: Yeah, I don't want to be on camera. Wait......fish?
Отличный поход
I wanna try the stuff in the white bottles. I hate tea, but I wanna try it. There’s something about that white bottle that just gets my attention.

One thing I learned about watching all these videos is that Japan is waaaaaaaay cleaner than America.
Guessed right on the vending machine selection. On of the 3 on the bottom right.

I’m glad to hear that I’m not the only one who does that.
Yuki Fukushima 😍 badminton player 😂👍

Is there a way to show the kilometers Rambalac walked through the google maps link? I always wonder how far he is walking.
Actually I created a field for route distances but forget to update it often. Some routes should have it in the corner of their popup
@@Rambalac Figured it out. I had to make a copy of your map and open it with my google acount. Thanks for the help.

Waoo it's so quiet nd peaceful as always... But why most of the shops are closed tho?!
It's Fukushima, which got hit with the nuclear power plant meltdown after the tsunami in 2011, remember?
@@budmeister ouuh yesss right.. I remember now. I see that's why...! :/
It was Golden week and Fukushima is not a tourist place.
I was wondering the same thing... He made this video on May 2nd, which was a Sunday. Maybe several shops are closed on Sundays.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There are no people. City looks so empty. Is it because of state of emergency?
