This looks like a most Basic and Effective Technique that all chiropractors should try and utilize. I've been looking for adjustments like this for a long time. Here is the proof they exist. Now we need more Chiropractors to see and utilize these techniques.

@@xdelbarrio Simplest terms from my personal experience, they are like going to a pain doctor, if your condition is not degenerative and you can live a quality life with it, and the chiro reduces your pain or symptoms then it's a win, but if it's degenerative then you may be goin under the knife eventually. My experience was the same for acupuncture, but both acupuncture chiro and I'd lump in massage therapists too ... find a good one and they may be able to provide some much needed high value relief without drugs.

Chiro Dr Johnson's ring dinger in Houston TX provided instant relief to herniated disc related numbness and pain but could not keep me off the surgeon's table. Last was a PT that was able to resolve collagen knots in my levator scapula after a shoulder injury from kung fu that led to bad muscle spasms.

Yeah this isn’t a good treatement. Loads of better ways. Decompression treatment is great but do it slow and steady. There is no need to do it so quickly like this. It’s just a shock to the body that it doesn’t need.

if i could suggest one change to that table, it would be a way to raise the entire table up once the patient is on so its at the same level as Docs arm. That way when the doc pulls, he will be pulling straight out and not out and up (as i have noticed happens sometimes)

I had my first "ring dinger" about a week ago. My chiropractor does it the exact same way except for those holding pegs. It felt bizarre. Hard to explain. Its a ripple effect right down to your tail bone. He first adjusted my neck before the ring dinger I should add.
My neck and head has been hurting for the past 4 days. If I was in Texas, I would ask doc to give me the RD before he did anything else because I want to get the full experience.
Hes been teaching chiropractors the ring dinger from all around the world. A chiropractor in oak creek near me has been taught this move and my buddy went and saw that chiro and said his spine has never felt so good, he felt it all the way down to his butt! Said hes had pretty terrible lower back pain, as do I plus in my mid and upper back as well as neck and I cant wait to visit the same chiro and have him fix me up really good.
I was in the USAF they would not send you to a chiropractor. We had to do physical therapy. But you have to admit not every chiropractor is that good. I have minor back pain and i would love to see you
