    Wow it looks green, how many times can sencha leaves be utilized. How do u know it's good sencha leaves. The video is beautiful and information is precise. Thank you

      You can brew the same leaves multiple times according to what you’d enjoy. There is no right or wrong, and it’s what you would enjoy. The number of times you can brew it will depend on the type of sencha you are using, the quality of the leaves, and how strong and flavorful you like your tea to be.
      Regarding how to identify “good sencha”, I would say “good sencha” is the sencha that you personally enjoy! There are many factors that would influence the flavor like the cultivar, the time of the harvest, the region of origin, and the way the tea was stored. If you are looking for the highest quality sencha start by choosing first harvest sencha (spring harvest) from a trusted producer, and then experiment with the different cultivars and levels of steaming until you find the right sencha for you. The difference in flavor, aroma, and umami between different types of sencha is mind blowing and is truly wonderful to experience! :)
