I think you already misaligned the outlet pipe position. You wouldn't had to cut the frame, which has to support quite a lot of weight. By cutting the frame, the strength is compromised.
Cutting frame was imp for 110 mm outlet pipe as outside pipe is of 110 mm only...and no place of reducer wich can be installed der..so company wich provided 90 mm fitting won't be advisable to put there due to lack of space.

Cutting the frame means wrong installation. It can be fixed without cutting the frame. Company don't recommend this type of frame work.👎
