Hey 💕 for your hair I would spritz it more with water and then apply a leave in conditioner and then a root spray (I love davines this is a primer) use a tangle teezer brush and brush through to detangle nice and smooth then apply a salt spray, and do your scrunching since you like texture. You could also use kinky curly brand gel for smoother waves days. Either way scrunch that I’m and diffuse. The little pegs in the diffuser are meant to enhance your waves/curls already so u just need to gently lift and rotate u don’t need to scrunch. As for the roots at the end u can use lil clips to pin em upwards and do a cool shot then take it out after . Then u can finish your ends with an oil. I know this sounds complex especially written down but once u do it a few times it’s really not and they style should keep more shape and also it’ll be less damaging than not brushing with a leave in and all that scrunching. Also u can try the sprays I mentioned in your bangs, twist with fingers and blow dry them and do the cold shot see how it goes . Kevin Murphy has a nice salt spray xo

I’ve had the same problem with dentists before, some dentists use lidocaine with epinephrine. That is what makes me shaky and feel funny. You can ask them not to use lidocaine with epinephrine, it should stop the shaking from happening.
