As an Eagles Fan, Wentz gave me hope, and I’m thankful for his time with us, even though it ended in collapse. He’s a good guy so I hope he succeeds in Washington
AS a realistic Eagles fan, I appreciated him until Super Bowl 54 at which point he should have been IMMEDIATELY dropped from the team. Not sure why they wasted 2 more years on that piece of shit.

Hopefully he can bring something we haven’t had in over 20 years, STABILITY at QB. Our options were limited, but i love the aggressiveness by Riverboat. Every media outlet clowning us, but if it was any other prestigious team it would’ve been highly praised. So I’m excited to see Carson with a true #1 WR in Scary Terry!

Wentz didn’t have a bad season last year by any means, it’s just the final game that EVERYONE saw and they used that game as the narrative for his season.
You're right that he had a pretty decent season but that game against Jacksonville was a killer. Probably picked the worst game to have his worst performance. But I hope he succeeds with the Commanders even if it's not the move I'd have made personally.
the entire team collapse the final two weeks of the season, wentz included. He isn't a great quarterback but hes really only ha done bad season, and it was his last year in philly.

I have a question: just what on earth could explain why Wentz looked great as a QB prior to his torn ACL in 2017?
A lot of it I think was his running supplemented his passing, dude could avoid sacks and make his own play. After the injury he didn’t have that mobility, and the Eagles never really tried developing his pocket passing afterwards, left him catching up for years.
He had extreme, unrepeatable third down success that year. The success was always a bit of a mirage if you looked deeply at his numbers

he was still pretty good after that. just the teams were riddled with injuries and his skill players weren’t exactly helping him out either. As an eagles fan, i think his downfall really started when he took that late hit from Clowney against the seahawks in the playoffs
It still baffles me to this day. They started off red hot in 2016, then collapsed down the stretch to miss the playoffs. In 2017, they won a sb despite being underdogs against New England. So yeah, idk

But its his mental stage of the game, he always thinks he has a chip on his shoulder and thinks that he needs to prove to everyone, he tries to make the hero ball play. Hope guys like Scary Terry, Dyami Brown, Curtis Samuel and Antonio Gibson can help him
@@yourbrotherjoeproductions9326 the weapons he has in Washington are by far the best he’s ever had in his career and this is the least amount of stress he’s had being on a team. Eagles drafted him to be the franchise guy and colts traded for him to take them to the playoffs and be Super Bowl contender’s. Washington just needs a guys who will win them games and that’s what wentz can do
@@joshuafodor7957 i love wentz and washington but i dont really know if Weapons is what Wentz needs, i feel like he mostly needs good playcalling. We've seen from time to time that Wentz can still be good without spectacular weapons but its the play calling and the coaching. Hopefully Ron will be able to find a solution for that. But yea the weapons are insane! Doesnt have the same holes that the Colts have. Good/Great recieving core not just 1 good reciever, good running back (Not JT type but still gibson aint bad at all) Tight End is decent with Logan Thomas, the oline can be improved but we can figure that out in the draft

Ah, Carson Wentz is going to forever be known as a QB with immense potential who never truly lives up to it. I mean, went to Indy with his guru in Frank Reich and that didn't work out AT ALL. When you can't even rekindle success with the coach you had your best production with then well...That's not good.
Oh and as for this video? I forgot RGIII was one of the many QBs in Cleveland until Baker came along.
Wentz had a fine season with the colts it’s just the last 2 games the entire team collapsed and it’s always on the qb the colts put themselves in a worst position now cause they will be on their 6th qb in 6 years
Wentz was in his first year with Frank Reich after 4 Years. Not everything is gonna be perfect, And Wentz played well in most of the games its just that he didnt get the job done when they needed him too. I do feel like the Colts made a mistake not keeping wentz. im not saying Wentz is great, im saying that the colts dont have anyone else thats proven to be a starter
