Tiago Sa you have to code them out best way is get a mk6 canvas and reprogram it

The leather on your Passat looks more textured than the GTI leather 3-spoke. Interesting. Looks good! I put a GTI steering wheel in my mk4 TDI. Feels and looks so much better than the 4-spoke.

I did the MK6 flat bottom wheel on my MK4 Jetta. It's a a straight swap with a lil wiring involved, end result is fantastic

I love how does look but not how they feel. Got to do I long drive on a passat with that wheel on and after 4-500 km got me slightly tired and annoyed in a weird subtle way. The flat design works in racing where you do small increments of movement on the wheel and you have big movements at the yres

Nice mate. Funniest thing is that I did the other way arround. Swapped the 3 spoke for the 4 spoke. The four spoke seems more low profile to me, a bit towards more retro maybe. Especially the leather one. I never liked the balooned out goofy center of the 3 spoke one. That design used to work when there were no airbags. My opinion anyway

You don't have to remove the metal bracket on the old MK4 steering wheel to remove it, you just have to remove the the center bolt..
