Suggesting you to replace your shower head with a filter one or use filtered drinking water for hairwash. I change many shampoo every now and then, currently using Sebamed shampoo, prior to this, I was using Loreal Paris Botanicals but it also hs same ingredients and chemicals.

I asked the same question, he said to me that long means cutting long hair to short or some specific hairstyle (including trimming). You can ask them directly, I have been to hair salon just once 😂 I have now trained myself in cutting my hair at home on my own.
