Belvaux - Soleuvre Station (Luxembourg CFL) on 14th May 1996
In the middle of the 14th May 1996 I visited Belvaux Soleuvre Station, situated a few miles to the SW of Luxembourg. A little local urban station serving trains from The City of Luxembourg and Differdange further to the West. Classes seen were CFL 1800s, of particular interest was the "Bull Nose" version of the class, 3600 Class on stopping services and freight, most likely to and from the large yard at Differdange and Bettembourg. SNCB Locomotives made appearances too, classes 53/54 and CFL class 2000 EMU's on other stopping services.
