putting 5-10 skill points into luck is useless, dont do it, and i wouldnt recommend putting any in speed, but if you do only put 10, youll get 10 naturally as u lvl up

but almost useless if you are playing on the legendary mode because the block window will get smaller (unless its a short fight and u do lotta dmg)

My recommendation for rogue is (if you maxed out ur skill) then 20 speed, 20 luck, 60 strength and 20 end.
