1) observe other people, how they talk n take pauses, then practice it.
2) take a book/news paper, read it in detail n choose the language used in ur targeted industry (for ex Hindi for Bollywood)
3) read loudly n clearly with different speeds (fast-medium-slow)

Great Video. Also the ways you suggested to improve the voice and the exercises to perform
for the voice to improve.
(1) Take any article of Hindi and read it in 3 variations. ( Fast,Medium and Slow)
(2) Pencil exercise
(3) Vibrato exercise
These 2nd and the 3rd exercises I am doing for 10 minutes each morning and evening.
