I may have to check with them kung mayroon pa rin until now. Pero there are other training institutions or groups that are recognized by Civil Service and/or SC.
I just checked now from their FB page and I saw that under technical courses, they still offer Steno short courses. Just inquire here admin@samson.edu.ph (02) 721 4129 www.samson.edu.ph

I remember taking shorthand and typing 100 plus words per minute, oh, those days!

60-80wpm. But if I were you, I will practice a lot at the speed of 110wpm para easy na for you ang 60-80wpm dictation.
