    Potential spoiler here
Since episode one I've been thinking who could kill Nick in a "I've played many games and i know the rules" way (+ from clues in the game ofc), and here is what I think.
In the bar we met 10 people that I think could be a potential killer: Anna, Declan, Walter, Hugh, Dennis, Kathy, Bess, Ethan, Tara and Joel.
I immediately ruled out Joel and Tara. Joel, because he is portraied as an antagonist from the start and video games like to get more creative than that. Tara is just a girl that many would consider wierd and therefore suspicious, but that would be to easy too. Also no motive. + She is just a vibe, let the girl live.
After this episode I also completely ruled out Anna and Walter. Since we knew Anna from Sam's memories I knew she wouldn't be the killer, but having her home broken into helped. Walter is a sus guy with his constant smiling and ways to get information, but yet again, too easy. Another thing is him trying to look into Nick's car crash. He wouldn't do that if he wanted to cover something up.
Kathy also could be a suspect with potential co-parenting issues, however I do not think it would lead to mueder lol.
I don't think Ethan would have any reason to kill Nick either.
Hugh. Definitely hides something. Like where does he get his money from, since he helps finnancially others citizens. A good guy? I don't think so. Morally gray at best. Hides something, but not a killer.
Dennis is a sussy guy, but since he got killed, someone wanted him to stay quiet. Which leads me to this conclusion:
In this episode it all came together. When Dennis pointed a gun at someone, he gave it to them after seeing who it was. He didn't put it down or anything. HE GAVE IT TO THEM. Also Nick's murder got covered up as an accident. So a person with authority - one of the cops. Bess or Declan. We saw more of Declan. We know him as "someone good", but we saw his agresive side. He is someone with power and good reputation. So he could get Dennis to give him his gun, he could cover up the accident and nobody would suspect him. That is why I think he is responsible for Nick's death.
I realize there is not much evidence, but who knows, I might be correct hah. Can't wait for future episodes to find out.
