Nice house. I like the 3rd floor it gives the house a different feel in my opinion. Rather than going down one floor you go up.... Nice a different feel... 4.5 mil is a bit much for this house.. But I still like it.
Large spec home in a nice area. $2.2-2.6M For $4.5M you could have at least skipped Cascade windows and went for Millgard or something higher spec'd. And no automatic blinds? Geez! That slope in the yard is the real deal breaker.
