My personal favorite that completely caught me off guard was "I bear the Cosmic Egg" There's nothing like, actually funny about the statement itself, but it still just fuckin' kills me
I love even more that chaos gives you a side quest that does nothing other than troll Hades, by beating the game with the cosmic egg despite it having no benefit at the end
It’s funnier cause he’s so damn polite to most everyone else in the game, and then there’s Theseus, the one person he shows blatant contempt for. He’s even friendly with Asterius, *the freaking Minotaur,* because he’s not anywhere near as insufferable as Theseus.

Zag is what actual perfect male specimen would look like. Cool, friendly, charming, sarcastic, goofy, passionate, warm, witty, kind, self-reflecting, self-deprecating, overall just a pleasant guy. None of that alpha and sigma shit.
That last one with the King Vermin got me laughing the first time I fought it. I love the fact that Zagreus has a straight-up mortal fear of a tiny rat.
The first time i heard zag say the 5 second rule thing was really hilarious and disgusting bc it was in one of those underground sewer chambers and i had just beaten the giant rats
this character was the Hook that truly got me to get into this game. I've never experienced a more charming video game protagonist, he's so polite and soft spoken but also clever and witty and his dialogue is so perfect in every moment of gameplay. like 20% of the reason I kept playing the game at all was just to keep hearing him speak and seeing him interact with other characters
One of my personal favourites is something along the lines of: Smack guys against walls. Sound advise as ever, mate. Made me pause my game for a second and fully went hol' up
My favorite quotes are the ones he says while fighting Hades. Like, that's peak father-son bickering. Also the part plant one with Persephone? Quality content
you know what growth is? it's Zagreus going from telling achilles he isn't the god of anything to telling hades "i am the god of blood" (when hades told him he was the god of talking back to him)

i played Hades II and i know it's still Early Access... but even if i like Melinoe a lot, she's nowhere near as charming as Zagreus. I think is for the better though, i would hate the character if she was just "female Zagreus"
