I don't think Michelle was annoyed. She was hurt and angry with Steve for taking his love child to the sacred place her baby was. While she doesn't own the beach, she saw it as disrespectful.
Oliver was a reminder of what she had lost and what steve had done.
Also why didn't Steve take Amy as well? he could have waited until school was over to take her as well as Oliver. Ruairi was her half brother too- she was even excited for his arrival.

Agreed Angela Weston.. She's still in pain at what Steve has done to her and the loss of her own son is being magnified by the fact Steve has his new baby boy with another woman.. I don't think she has any other feelings than contempt and hatred for Steve because of the things he has done to her. Her relationship with Robert is probably going to fail because she is in no real state to be in love with anyone right now.. I think only a woman, or a man who has been really hurt, would understand where Michelle is right now.

How wring was Michelle but more importantly it's not Olivers fault and she doesn't know how lucky she is that a man like Steve loves his children equally, when men think of other children from relationships as just side projects when their married they then have their real families and don't bother about them.
