If you aren't in a guild that will run splits or get anywhere near bis, phys enhance looks like it will have a great gearing curve vs pretty much every other class, definitely something to consider, and with weapon swapping for fire ele should be very competitive on the meters. Outside of 1-2 pieces we're really only contesting vs 1-2 hunters for most bis items. Black bruise is probably a DE item due to rogues using Hack and Slash, but sims only a handful of DPS less than bis LK weapons for phys enha. Keleseth's seducer is a similar piece off of Prince Council for OH is completely uncontested. These two uncontested weapons are less than ~100 dps off double H LK weapon bis, which is insane as most classes second bis is several hundred dps worse. Comets + either the badge trinket or Whispering fanged skull sims pretty close to the unattainable bis trinket setup of DC + DBW too, with the latter being only ~100 dps off. The cloak off gunship/Marrowgar ring are the really big contested items, so an early prio on the cloak/ring really puts enhance in a fantastic gearing spot. The Sindy neck is typically a super contested item, but the 10 man hit/haste neck is also only a few dps off bis so I'd opt for that. You can easily be withing 500 dps of bis wearing a few 10 man items, using no 25man trinkets, no H LK weapons and only 2 277 tier pieces, which no other class can emulate. If you put those restrictions on pretty much every other class, they sim a few thousand of dps under bis likely.
Agreed, my guild uses Onslaught prio system (where you fill out your own prio and certain big ticket items essentially take up 2 slots of a prio level), and this is what I have done. Top prio on H Royal Scepter to have a big chase item, then the rest of my early prio on tokens, Marrowgar ring, Lootship cloak and neck. Black bruise and Keleseth’s are very nice because I am first in line for them despite using very low prio on both. Contrary to the doom and gloom, this should actually be a nice phase for enhance. The advantage in gearing keeps us competitive with better scaling classes until everything is on farm. It’s also nice to be able to scoop up 277 mail uncontested to save as off pieces once I can drop T9 4set

HI! I don't know where all the shaman knowledge is kept on the internet, I need to know why tiny abomb isn't a thing for Enh? Im 'assuming' it just doesn't play well with WF or FT but I'd like to know for sure what the deal is?

But the spellhance is a new thing, but I like it and it makes sense when you look at what our spec atually buffs etc. But Im gonna go full physical enha now in ICC. Yes spell might be a tiny bit better with full bis, but Im not gonna see thouse weps etc for a looong time 😂 Did some testing on the ptr and as my gear is atm not beeing full bis, I did more dmg as WF then SP cuz of the single target boss fights😱

So i swapped pulling my orange parsing Ele to enhancment and boy has it been a change in pace, I played warmane and remembered a 1 button macro, whats your thoughts on it? I play on pagle, Melatoniin is the shammy. i havea solid week of enhancment so im kinda shook on the gear aspect of thing been using BIS, instead of my normal LOON. What do you consider better to follow?
Maybe I missed it or maybe someone else mentioned already but 7:30 not only that but once you get your 4-piece bonus sending at 4 is probably not worth it? Or you think 15% proc chance is not good enough to warrant always waiting it out to 5?
@stooki, i just go dying curse, and was curious to know what do you do to get it proc during prepot phase? ive tried casting the maga totem+ casing LHW. Also noticed i think the trinket needs to have been equipped for over 45 seconds before attempting the LHW to get it to proc before combat starts

Should I rush the totem? I was given the tier upgrade piece last night but that second item is still simming lower than having my 4 set tier from togc. Should I save my emblems and still try to go for that tier or do you think I can go ahead and grab the totem with frost emblems?
Ive dropped dying curse since begin of phase 3 but i see people still use it. Is it better to use it on fights with easy snapshot and where the boss doesnt move much? I currently use the triumph badge trinket and dark matter

No need to change into a healhance spec or anything. It's definitely good to use maelstrom procs for heals on fights like sindragosa where things can get dicey.

I was just wondering what makes you choose between FS/SS glyph ? i've tried to sim/use it IG and it turns out for me FS is only better on < 2min encounters... Why do you go for FS on half of the bosses, SS feels much better espescially if you go for the SP build. Anyway, love your videos & GL for P4 :)
all the top guilds are removing enh shaman from roster and using blood dk tank w/ AP buff and icy talons. why bring a bottom meter dps when you can just bring another uh dk or aff lock
I could see people removing enhance to stack classes on lich king specifically. Throughout all of ptr I was never bottom meter dps and I play with some pretty good players! We arn't a giga class but we could hold our own.
enhancement is terrible in wrath double windfury made enhancement great in tbc the second blizzard removed it enhance sucked but in cata enhance because good again with ele blast. in classic cata enhancement will be great again.
I'm trolling just a tiny bit but I main an enhance, or at least did until now. My plan is to main my feral for this next phase but I'm also switching to Ele on the shaman when I do play it. Still always appreciate the videos and tips, thanks!
Saying Sindragosa is a terribly designed fight is so true, especially for Enha shamy. Nobody can do full dps, healers cant fully heal, just a shitshow. Every other fight in the expansion is fine except this one, fuck that dragon

Sucks that the 2 piece set bonus turns sham rage into a dps cooldown so you have to make a decision between doing damage and surviving.

I came here to ask this, since you mention saving it for a defensive. Now Shamanistic Rage is a dps cd, defensive, and our mana bar.
would you suggest starting to build your WF set first, chances of enh getting prio on scepter or even SP gear is prob slim to none.
There are A LOT of good spell power weapons in ICC that drop very early on. So I would still suggest going SP, but again, its all personal preference.

It’s only worth using to pre-proc your spell power and not worth using in combat. Check out my pre-proc guide!

Depending on the fight 300-440k damage.
what guild is gonna give u the quill or the phylactery unless you buy it in gdkp
The quill can be purchased with badges. If you’re in a guild that can clear h sindragosa consistently then there’s a good chance.
I think the gas on putricide is only melee hit, so you could maybe hard cast LBs when you get the debuff
It counts for spell hit as well unfortunately
I tried it on friday and i could hit LB with that debuff. So i agree with you.

I totally feel you. It’s pretty crazy that we need all the pre proc gear just to be middle of the pack.

I use my gloves and racial on cooldown. If there is a fight where hero is later in the fight then I might delay my sham rage for that heroism.
