I love my sylvia spec r. You get it in the beginning of the game but with the odd gearing and upgrades i put it drifts like a dream

The Crown Victoria is good for starters. I haven't drifted since Forza 4, so I picked up a Crown Vic and built it like I was back in Forza 4. Great fun.
AE86 is a perfect drift/touge car, short wheelbase makes it so easy to slide

DSSR Sucks for initial entry speed and high speed circuits but for tight corners you can keep it sideways

Garrett Douglass Long wheelbase is only easier to control and more stable, I like the challenge of the AE86
Bradley Thompson the challenge is fun i guess weight distribution is the most important but longer cars make it easier. Control and stability is the name of the game tho

my favorite drift car is the 69 charger... you can feel the car and feel when it's at the limit... plus it sounds amazing with a 1000 hp stock hemi at 8500 rpm
I've discovered with some tuning that the STIs and the EVOs are absolutely fantastic at drifting

Raymond should have also included the Nissan Silvia s15 HE when you put rally springs on it it gets incredible wheel angle and you can put it around a corner in the rb26 at an almost 90 degree angle

I've been drifting the new corvette it's a bit difficult to get it to slide actually since it's got such wide tires but at the same time I find that it suits my skill level and I don't really have to worry about spinning out which I do a lot on other cars especially ones with narrower tires and bodies

Well technically the 240SX isn't a JDM car, it's USDM, the 180SX is the JDM model.

The Mustang GT350R was my first purpose built drift car. Mine is AWD with 1500 HP. It's really easy to drift and fun. I would recommend it for anybody starting to drift.

my favorite drift car is the horizon edition BMW M3 (E36 model) stock it already drifts amazing, and with a few little tweaks its godlike! I highly recommend everyone to get one and try it out.

the best cruise cars are clearly Rolls-Royces, even stock ones
vSwift xo I'd say the Challenger should be on the drift list. I slammed the suspension and put on the Liberty body kit. Maxed out the stock engine and playing with tuning some. It's epic.

Ae86 is the most realistic handling and the most fun and satisfying. It feels good when you pull a drift on cause you can actually feel the weight transfer unlike most cars such as the Lexus’

One that I recently built is the Pontiac got "The Judge" with is stock drivetrain and engine
I know another good one the 2014 Porsche 918. Its good in 4th gear(you have to use manual to drift this car or don’t is just a lot harder without) and if you need to practice go to roundabouts or the parking lot at suffers paradise.

The 240 is really fun when you keep it around 350 or 400hp especially when at the parking lot
I would recomend the M4 and M3 if you want to practice drifting without modifications

This list was amazing! My favorite cruising cars are the Lamborghini Veneno(even though it is a little too fast), the 69' camaro, the ferrari fxx k, and the W motors lykan hypersport. (Ps. I'm not a beginner to drifting but I actually prefer 4WD when I'm drifting. If you do it correctly you can go around a roundabout. The reason for that is because I have more control in the corners and I can only gas out of a drift to regain control again.
I find the Aston Martin v8 vintage 1977 a good drift car when tuned properly

i came across a killer drift build in HE3 of the Datsun 510 it looks the part having a sexy stance it's AWD also try it out
the '15 wrx sti is a good cruise car, at low hp it's fast and sounds amazing plus it's good at handling

just bought a nissan 240x nice to drift and sounds so good with a rotary engine
Another interesting drift build is the 58 Plymouth fury using the fully tuned stock motor and everything else.....except tires you leave the grandpa whitewalls making it like a drift sleeper 🤣
What difficulty settings do you use though? Because I know you can't drift properly with traction control but what else do you have?
outdriving people in ferraris on them hair pins in the 86 is so satisfying then when they overtake and gain a mile on you you wanna die.
