- In this episode of Business To You, Lars talks about the BCG Matrix (a.k.a. Growth-Share Matrix) and how to use it properly with Samsung as example. The BCG Matrix is a tool used in corporate strategy to analyse business units or product lines based on two variables: relative market share and the market growth rate. By combining these two variables into a matrix, a corporation can plot their business units accordingly and determine where to allocate extra (financial) resources, where to cash out and where to divest.

This is brilliant. I also watched porter's 5 model and PESTEL. I have been studying strategic management since my pre- post graduate years. I attended numerous classes, read many books and wrote numerous assignments and exams on PESTLE and Porter's 5 forces and it is only after watching business to you videos that I could understand them so well that I will advice organizations and use them in my own organization as well.
That is massively helpful. I started using fancy bcg matrix, but what you are doing helps me to do it on my own.
