The driver who was high on cocaine and fentanyl when he slammed into an SUV on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa pleaded guilty on Wednesday to the crash that killed four members of a family out for ice cream at the time. NBC New York's Greg Cergol reports.

This is so sad, and I'm always scared when I get on Sunrise and the LIE. We've all seen how they race and weave in and out between cars in thick traffic...I pray for my kids when they get behind the wheel because this happens way too often.
