You can use Lucuma or Mesquite powder, I am putting up the details of these sweeteners in the next 2 videos. So watch out for them, coming soon. Both these powders are low on the glycemic index and balance blood sugar levels. You can find them in health food stores. Use about 2 tablespoons.
@@Shirmagedrusclau I'm not sure what you mean, all ingredients would be available in your country. If you are referring to the Miso powder I pointed out in the video that you can use any Miso paste (1 tablespoon) - Miso paste is readily available in the US. Hope this helps. I try to use ingredients that would be worldwide.

Your ingredients in white against the white background you can't read it If you can darken that to black it would be better
